Chris Smith's Crystal Shards project is Chris at his finest, performing dynamic and experimental sounding pop songs. Each song is recorded entirely by him including drums, guitars, bass, keys, vocals, and found sounds. He plays msuic as though it were 1976 and he lived in Germany. It has a hint of Krautrock, but still retains it's pop sensability with mass appeal. Not radio friendly per se, but not exactly nosie either.
