A CD-R titled "Surfaces" was created after Justin Wright moved back to Kansas City in 2004. This CD introduces us to the creative synthesizer and ambient noise sounds of McKinely Jones, also known as Cantus Firmus. This title offers a bit more of a glimpse into the sounds that Expo 70 has been developing more as of late. Compiled of improvised delayed guitar drones, layered with tons of noisy synth, acoustic guitars and psychedelic intentions. Recorded and mixed by McKinley Jones. Cover art designed after BYG/Actuel releases of the late 60's/early 70's. Perfect for meditating to with your headphones and some greens.
