The Manifolds
2001-2005

Four ripped dudes and a chick with a sassy pair of pants, The Manifolds
fused Estrus-like garage with dischordant noisey effects, thus creating
a mathematic yet bluesy brand of rock. They had over 15 members
in their four years, and played over 200 shows all over the West
coast with a ton of amazing bands. Members have gone on the be in
the Mae Shi (5RC), Expo 70, the Pope, White Suits
Brown Boots, Baby's Breath, Battleship, and Bipolar Bear. Them's some busy bees.

"The Manifolds spit glass and gravel from their amps. Shifting between no-holds-bared garage and bluesy rock n' roll. Reminiscent of the
Super-Fuzz-Big-Muff days of the early 90's, the Manifolds sound is loud, obnoxious, and very, very, crusty." -- Drowning Culture
"Ten songs and thirty-two-minutes of guitar school hammer-on/hammer-off mayhem from Los Angeles quintet the MANIFOLDS. Recorded by West Coast
analog master MIKE McHUGH (Lightning Bolt, Le Shok, Starvations), for a sound those mourning the loss of Tanner, Great Unraveling, Monorchid,
and Skull Kontrol can get excited about." -- Interpunk review of "III"
"All-over-the-place skinny white rock, from a sorta Jehu-ish practice-space stringbender to bouncy yet aggressive indie enunciation.
They want to be invited to the party and crash it all the same." -- Dusted review of Day's End/ Manifolds Split 7"
