Cantus Firmus
2004-Present
Cantus Firmus, aka McKinley Jones, makes some of the most spacious
and psychadelic mood music we have ever heard. He also actively
participates in Justin Wright's Expo 70 project, so you know that
his music has to be good. Cantus Firmus creates music that is sometimes
obviously improvised, and sometimes obviously composed at great
length. Cantus Firmus is for fans of Expo 70, David Byrne, and the
Planet of the Apes Soundtrack. If you like soundtracky mood music,
this is highly suggested.
